uSpeedo.ai is built to be flexible — whether you're an individual creator testing ideas or a growing brand managing multi-platform campaigns, you can choose a plan that fits your creative needs and scale effortlessly.
1. What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are virtual tokens that measure how you use AI features on the platform. Different tasks use different amounts of credits:
Social media image creatives
• 24 credits for multi-platform
• 10 credits for single-platform
Ad image creatives:
• 16 credits for multi-platform
• 10 credits for single-platform
Video Creatives:
• 20 credits for 5s at 768p
• 30 credits for 10s at 768p
• 30 credits for 5s at 1080p
Content optimization: 10 credits per use
Competitor insights: 15 credits per competitor
Trending topics: 5 credits per use
Use your credits flexibly to match your content needs.
Credits are issued monthly and do not roll over to the next month. This ensures fair usage and helps us maintain a reliable service for all users.
2. Can I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
But you can not change from Pro to Starter.
3. Can I get a refund after subscribing?
Once the subscription order is confirmed and the subscription period has started, we do not support refund requests. This policy applies to all subscription or credit purchases and is intended to ensure fairness for all users and maintain stable and reliable service.
However, since our system processes the auto-renewal charge approximately 1 hour before the current cycle ends, if you cancel your subscription during this window, we can offer a refund for that renewal charge. This is a special exception due to the platform's implementation and is the only refundable scenario.
